Our delectable new range of Dragées are chocolate coated centres made with the finest Belgian chocolate. Dragée (pronounced drah-zhay) literally means dredged in French, referring to the coatings of chocolate. 

La Belle Miette Chocolate Dragées are patiently and lovingly panned in our Richmond kitchen, respecting the nuances of each delicious ingredient. Panning is the process of adding thin coatings of chocolate, layer by layer, to get a smooth result and the optimum flavour and texture. We follow the traditional methods of French confectioners and our own principle that the best treats should take forever to make but only moments to enjoy.

Our dragées are available in store and online, and unlike almost all of our macarons they can be sent by post (weather permitting).
